How to buy on Closca?

Follow these simple steps:

1. View the section where your purchase is located or visit our inspiration pages.

2. Choose the product you are interested in from the main list.

3. If the item has several sizes, visit the size guide to know your size. Select the size you want and add the item to your cart.

4. Add as many products as you want in your shopping cart.

5. If you are not registered, fill in your details. If you are registered, enter your username and password.

6. You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work...).

7. Select the payment method: your order will be sent to the payment gateways of the system you choose.

8. Finish the process on the credit card or ApplePay confirmation page.

9. Congratulations! You have reached the confirmation screen. You will receive an email with your order and another one, after 48 hours, with the DHL tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

In which countries can I buy online?

Currently you can shop in Andorra, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

How many languages can I navigate in?

Closca's navigation languages are: English, Spanish, German and French.

Can I unsubscribe from the Closca Newsletter?

In all our email communications you have the option to unsubscribe. You can find it in the footer link that directs you to Mailchimp.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, from the shopping cart you can remove the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the payment of the order. Otherwise, you will have to wait to return it when the package arrives.


What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and ApplePay.

For what reason can my credit card be rejected?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons: The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date. The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to make sure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases. Some of the information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, it is safe because the transaction is made using a secure SSL protocol connecting to an official bank payment gateway. No data will be recorded in our system.


Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work,..).

How long will my order take to arrive?

For deliveries within Spain, the approximate delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. For deliveries to other countries, the approximate delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. Please note that we do not work on national holidays and weekends, so if your order includes Saturday or Sunday, the delay will be 2 extra days!

How much do I have to pay for shipping and handling?

Shipping costs will be free of charge: If your order is made in national territory (except Canary Island) and European Union* and exceeds 54,90€. In other countries and in Canary Island if it exceeds 159€. The shipping and transport costs for orders below the above are: Within Spain: 3,90 €. In Canary Island: 19,90 €. Rest of countries included in the European Territory: 6,90 €. In the rest of the world: 19,90 €.

*Some countries within the European Union have higher shipping rates.

Can I track the status of my order?

The order is prepared within 24-72 hours. After this time, you will be able to track your order with the tracking number that will be sent to your email from DHL.

Returns and exchanges

Can I exchange any item?

The maximum period for any exchange or return is 15 days from the date of delivery. To manage any exchange or return please fill in the form.

IMPORTANT: remember to put your order number in the "Subject" field.

Do I have to pay anything for requesting a return?

In cases of return due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal (change of mind about the purchase, provided it is admissible): Closca will proceed to refund the amount of the product/s returned, through the same means of payment by which the purchase was made. The Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What is the deadline to make a return?

The return period is 15 days starting from the day of receipt of the order. How can I make a return? To manage any exchange or return, please fill in the form.

IMPORTANT: remember to put your order number in the "Subject" field.

Can I return any item?

Yes, (except for the masks and filters which, being sanitary material, cannot be returned) the product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging.

When will I receive the amount of my return?

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses, and after checking its condition, we will proceed to refund your amount according to the payment method used. This process can take between 3 and 5 working days once the order has arrived at the warehouse.
